Electrocochleography is a test intended for recording electrical potentials generated in the inner ear (cochlea) and auditory courage using an electrode placed in the ear canal or tympanic covering, in response to sound prompt. It is mainly used in the diagnosis, assessment and monitoring of Menier’s disease, and Endolymphatichydrops.
