tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) is a practical approach to the management and
treatment of tinnitus.
In
practical terms, TRT is a process aimed for the most part at habituating
tinnitus-evoked reactions of the brain and body, and secondarily, at
habituation of tinnitus view.
